SPECIFICATIONS:

Closers shall be Dorex 700 series. Closers shall be fixed-sized 1 to 5. Closers shall be surface mounted, rack and pinion type with cast aluminum alloy housing and project no more than 3” (76 mm) from the door surface. Closer shall have two separate valves to control sweep and latch speeds. Brackets shall be supplied to permit regular, top jamb or parallel arm installations. Closers shall be supplied with all necessary mounting fasteners. Closers shall be cUL listed. Standard arm shoe shall allow ±7.5% power adjustment. OPTIONAL: Closers shall be Dorex 780 series. All closers sized 3 to 5 shall have an independent valve to control the adjustable cushioning backcheck.
